On our third day out, I was able to get an insight on many historic spots throughout our county. We began at the Sebring Race Track. We learned that the Sebring Raceway known throughout Europe as a famous race track. Why Highlands County?
Last week was Tourism Day for Youth Leadership Highlands. We started the day by arriving at the Chamber of Commerce building in Sebring at 8:00, and getting on the bus shortly after. Our first stop was to the Sebring International Raceway. We got to see cars in the process of getting ready for the races coming up in March, as well as, learn some interesting facts about them. Fun, Informative and Insightful!
