My name is Warren Cornell. I am honored to be the 2023 Mason G. Smoak Scholarship recipient for Hardee Sr. High. In May 2023, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from both Hardee Sr. High and South Florida State College. At HHS I was very active in extracurricular activities, community involvement, church and athletics. I am excited to launch my new chapter at the University of Florida this August. I will be attending the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to obtain my degree in Food and Resource Economics. I look forward to becoming involved in the student life offerings at UF. I am very thankful to The Mason G. Smoak Foundation for the support.
