It is an incredible honor to be selected as a recipient of the Mason G. Smoak Foundation Scholarship. I have had the pleasure of growing up within a supportive and encouraging family and community that fostered my love of God, people, and the environment. After graduating from DeSoto County High School, I will attend the University of Central Florida where I intend to pursue a degree in Environmental Engineering. I am excited to begin a career that will enable me to contribute to the sustained health of the Earth that God so graciously gifted us.
