The Mason G. Smoak Foundation Scholarship- each year five awards in the amount of $4,000 are presented to graduating seniors in Highlands, Hardee, and Desoto Counties. Award recipients are selected based on excellence in academics, displays of leadership, community and church involvement…but most of all,
